From first ringto booked party.
Taking a message is not the job. Ember quotes from your own package prices, checks what is genuinely free, books the party and takes the deposit, at nine at night on a Saturday.
A real call to Joyland, our demo venue, with the transcript running alongside it. Until then, ring the number and make your own.
Parents book the first venue that answers.

Birthday parties
High volume, time sensitive, and the core of the business.
“How many children, what age, and which package were you thinking?”
School and camp groups
Large, planned weeks ahead, and worth chasing properly.
“How many students, what ages, and which date are you holding?”
Corporate and team events
Highest value per booking, least frequent, easiest to lose.
“Head count, rough budget, and is this an evening or a weekday?”
General admission and hours
The highest volume call, worth the least, answered instantly.
“Are you open Sunday, and do we need to book ahead?”
Reschedules and cancellations
Where venues quietly lose money and goodwill at the same time.
“Which booking is it, and what date works instead?”
Everything else
Lost property, complaints, suppliers, someone asking about a job.

The awkward ones, answered.
Still unsure? Ring Joyland and put your question to Ember directly.
Will my callers know they are talking to AI?
If they ask directly, yes. Ember says so plainly. It never claims to be a named member of your staff and never pretends to be a person who will call them back.
What happens when it does not know something?
It says so and takes a message with the caller's name, number and what they wanted. Hours, prices and availability come from your own data, so it reports rather than guesses.
Can it be talked into a discount?
No. Prices come from your own table and are worked out on our side. Ember reads them. It cannot change them, and we have tried.
How do you test it before it reaches my line?
Your venue is loaded first, in your own words. Then we call it the way difficult customers do, changing their minds and asking the impossible, and fix what falls over. It runs against a full copy of the system before your line, and every live call is scored afterwards.
Does it send texts?
Yes. Two-way texting is live, so confirmations go out by text and parents can reply.
Is the free plan really permanent?
Yes. Fifty answered calls every month for as long as you want it. If you never go past fifty calls, Ember never costs you anything.
What happens if I go over my calls?
Extra calls are still answered and charged at the rate on your plan. Nothing switches off mid-Saturday. If you go over every month, moving up a plan is cheaper, and we will tell you.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. Annual plans are billed up front for two months less.
What does the platform cost?
Quoted on your demo, based on the modules and locations you run.
