About billing.
Is the free plan really permanent?+
Yes. There is no trial period and no end date. The fifty calls reset every month.
What happens if I go over my calls?+
Extra calls are still answered and charged at the rate on your plan. Nothing switches off mid-Saturday. If you go over every month, moving up a plan is cheaper, and we will tell you.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No. Monthly plans run month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. Yearly plans are billed up front for two months less.
